Small Business GPS - Business Basics/Strategic Planning

Small Business GPS is designed to provide participants the information and resources to write a business plan. Someone taking all three clusters and the final Wrap Up and Implementation class will be able to write a business plan. This class covers creating a blue print for the business and includes identifying values, creating a mission and vision statement, goal setting and implementation.
