Term of Position: Less than 9 month
At Will/Just Cause: At Will
Summary of Position: Part-time doctorate-level teaching and related responsibilities at on- and off-campus locations, as well as online. Applications will be held until vacancies occur, at which time qualified candidates may be contacted.
This is a pooled position. One or more applicants may be hired as needed to teach classes on a semester-by-semester basis. This posting is being used for face to face and/or online instruction.
The anticipated start date of this position is January of 2023 at the earliest and August of 2023 at the latest.
Position Type: Faculty - Temporary & Continuing
Required Education: PhD, EdD, or JD relevant to the Doctorate in Community College Leadership (DCCL) Program.
Required Work Experience: Applicants must hold or have mid-to-high level leadership/administration experience in a community college or other higher education organization. Applicants must have teaching experience within higher education.

Additional Education/Experiences to be Considered: Doctoral teaching experience.
Online teaching experience.
Certificate in Online Teaching.
Relevant administrative experience in community colleges.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Teach doctorate level courses in the DCCL program via mixed delivery.
Demonstrates an understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion, especially in working relationships with students, faculty, staff and community members.
Any other duties assigned within the position classification area.
Marginal Duties/Responsibilities: Faculty members also have professional responsibilities, which may include but are limited to: keeping regular posted office hours (which are scheduled at times convenient for students), and participation in traditional functions which have academic significance (ex. reporting initial student participation data and submitting final grades on time).
Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated commitment, experience and understanding for diversity, equity, and inclusion.

TRANSCRIPT 1 (REQUIRED): Applicants must attach a copy of unofficial transcript(s) of Ph.D., Ed, or JD relevant to the Doctorate in Community College Leadership Program.

Transcript must include: Institution name, applicant name, date degree attained, degree awarded. Finalists will be required to submit an official transcript of all required degrees.

Certification (OPTIONAL): Applicants that have a certification in online teaching please attach a copy.
