LOCATION: Grand Rapids, MI. W.A Lettinga Campus

DEPARTMENT: Admissions

Pay: $14.00 - $14.50

Actual pay offered will be commensurate with candidate qualifications and experience, and pay equity both internal and external.

The Role:

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support and other non-routine office functions for the admissions staff. This person also preforms receptionist duties for the welcome desk on the main campus.

You Will:

•

Schedule and coordinate appointments.

• Be responsible for specific projects/programs which may involve planning and coordinating work, analyzing data, preparing reports, making recommendations and other duties associated with the successful completion of a project/program.

•

Provide GREAT customer service, anticipating and exceeding the needs of our customers.
