Executive Director of Admissions

LOCATION: W.A. Lettinga Campus - Grand Rapids, Michigan*

DEPARTMENT: Admissions

TARGET PAY: $84,000-$90,000

The Role:

The Executive Director for Admissions is responsible for developing and implementing strategies, processes and tools for coordinating all admissions activities for new segmented type students, resulting in increasing the University's enrollment and market share. These responsibilities are performed in an ethical manner consistent with the University's mission, vision, and values which include diversity, equity and inclusion.

Awesome if You Have:

• A Bachelor's Degree

• Admissions/Recruitment Experience required

• Demonstrated project management experience

• CRM Experience (Salesforce preferred)

• Ability to develop and implement strategy, effectively plan, develop goals, meet deadlines, and accomplish goals.

• Effective public speaking and training skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds, and promote a positive working. environment, spirit of cooperation and positive reactions to change and conflict resolution.

Extra Awesome If You Have:

• A Master's degree.

• Experience with data analytics and/or data mining.
