Do you have a passion for improving the health of individuals receiving behavioral health services? Would you like to be a valuable member of a diversity driven, mission-minded team that impacts our community? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to work as a Nutrition Care Coordinator.

What You Will Be Doing

Working as a Nutrition Care Coordinator you will be responsible for providing Medical Nutrition Therapy and nutrition education in a variety of settings to individuals who receive behavioral healthcare services. You will work independently as a dietitian while providing care coordination for an integrated care team. This position is grant funded through 9/30/2022. What We Require A Bachelor’s Degree in food science, nutrition or a related field and one year of departmental specific experience or equivalent training and experience including a preference for those who have worked on an integrated team. Registered dietician strongly preferred.
