I’m a skilled communicator and creative designer with real-world community engagement and advocacy campaign experience. Before I founded Mixto Communications in 2014, I spent more than two decades working in local government, higher education, and the nonprofit social change sector in Southern California.
I leverage my experience to amplify changemakers. I help clients tell their stories, build relationships, and engage advocates. Because I choose clients doing work that aligns with my values, you can trust that I’m dedicated to your mission, team, and success.
I work almost exclusively with nonprofit and community-led social change organizations with Black, Brown, and femme leadership. I also assist the political campaigns of Black and Brown candidates for elected office who are focused on social justice and racial equity. The goal of my work is to elevate and amplify untapped voices.
