This year, we will begin the Established Division programming with a presentation from Zara Smith, Strategic Programs Manager at GVSU. Zara will lead us through tools and techniques to establish market trends and analysis by leading industry experts, the importance of financial benchmarking and labor comparisons and an overview of Web presence and activity perception, i.e. Google Analytics. In addition, she will also introduce us to a new analytical tool being launched. This 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm workshop will provide you with tools and tactics to measure your business utilizing the Web.
