Job Description
The Interim Researcher leads and supports research conducted by the Frost Center for Social Science Research, which is Hope College’s flagship research center. Working with external community partners and supporting internal research efforts, this position manages survey research, collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners, and participates in developing deliverables for various grant-related and collaborative research projects. This position reports to the Director of the Frost Center for Social Science Research. This is a full-time, temporary position (1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week, from June-December 2026) at the Frost Center for Social Science Research. Compensation will be $2,500 paid semi-monthly.

Physical Demands
This position requires remaining in a sitting or standing position for frequent periods of time; uses office machinery such as computers, printers, copy machines; Occasionally involves moving items over 10 pounds; frequently will move between different offices/workspaces/buildings; and requires effective communication abilities.
