Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) Adolescent Residential Full Time

We’re currently looking for a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) to join our Adolescent Residential team in Grand Rapids, MI.
In this role, you’ll:
- Partner with an interdisciplinary treatment team to create individualized care plans for adolescents
- Lead therapeutic recreation, expressive arts, and psychoeducational group programming
- Build meaningful therapeutic relationships with patients while supporting their recovery journey
- Play an active role in treatment planning, safety, and patient engagement

- Certified as a CTRS
- Passionate about working with adolescent populations in a behavioral health setting
