JC Counseling LLC is a small private practice based in Grand Rapids, MI. We provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy to help clients heal, grow, and thrive — offered with bilingual and culturally responsive care. We are committed to serving diverse communities with high clinical standards and deep respect for each client’s story.
As our practice grows, we are seeking licensed therapists in Michigan to join our team as Independent Contractors in a fully remote position with the possibility of hybrid work.
Position Overview
We are looking for motivated, ethical, and client-centered therapists who value autonomy, flexibility, and collaborative support. This is an opportunity for clinicians who are passionate about trauma-informed care and working with diverse populations. Contractors will provide psychotherapy services to individuals (and/or couples/families, if desired) while maintaining high standards of documentation and professionalism.

Requirements:
- Fully licensed clinician
- Experience in evidence based trauma therapeutic modalities
- Comfortable working with diverse populations
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in private practice
- Bilingual- ideally in Spanish & English
