Sales Representative

About this role:

We're looking for a seasoned Sales Representative who plays a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer support. This position will be responsible for contributing to sales and marketing strategies, educating current and prospective customers on our products, processing orders, and following through to ensure complete customer satisfaction with products purchased. This might be the right gig for you if:

• You want to use your high school diploma and three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a B2B or B2C sales role to develop and refine strategies to actively promote the sale of products
• You have a proven track record of consulting both current and prospective customers on the value of our products and services resulting in increased sales performance
• You have the ability to adapt and collaborate with a variety of people, you have excellent customer service skills, and enjoy assisting customers with product selection and recommendations, processing orders accurately and efficiently, and pride yourself on keeping customers informed and up-to-date on order status, shipping, and warranty information
• You love to take ownership of your work, solve challenges when they arise, and want the autonomy to make decisions affecting our growing business each day.
• You're detailed, organized, accurate as well as tech-savvy enough to easily work in Google Suite, our ERP platform, and web sales sites
