Job Summary
Provides operational and strategic support to the Regional Market & Brand Strategy team and assists with general marketing functions, including financial processing and reporting, event planning, vendor management/store maintenance, and marketing team support.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Coordinates execution of projects or parts of projects as directed by the manager or team, and manages complex projects with proactive communications related to progress and status timeline.
Manages the Office Marketing Conduit Network processes, ensuring consistent execution and firmwide uniformity, ensuring consistent communications and training to ensure network is informed and able to execute on their role.
Supports local office and regional events in collaboration with Conduits and the Engagement/Segment Teams.
Assists in managing inventory of specialty items and exhibition/event supplies and Coordinates vendor relationships related to The Rehmann Mall.
Leads marketing payables processes, including adjustments, reallocations, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Assists Associate Director with Annual Office Marketing Planning documentation and accounting records.
Manages a centralized database of Regional Associations and coordinates Campaign communications.
Performs additional duties aligned with the scope of the Regional Marketing Coordinator role.

Strong attention to detail
Education and Experience
Associate’s degree or higher, preferably in a Marketing-related field.
Experience with applicable Marketing Technology, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems and project management software preferred. Monday.com, Salesforce, DOMO, HubSpot, and SharePoint experience is a plus.
