We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our Adolescent Residential and Adult Foster Care (AFC) programs in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

What You'll Do

As a BCBA, you will:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop and implement individualized Behavior Support Plans
  • Design and monitor behavior intervention programs
  • Train residential staff, caregivers, and families on behavior management strategies
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate treatment effectiveness
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams
  • Provide consultation and behavioral expertise across residential and community-based programs

Required Qualifications

Education

? Master's degree in:

  • Behavior Analysis, OR
  • Education, Human Services, Natural Sciences, Medicine, or a related field

Certifications

? Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

Experience

? Minimum 2 years of experience as a Behavior Analyst or in a related field

Technical Skills

? Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business software applications
