Butcher/Meat Cutter

What You'll Do:

- Cut, trim, and prepare fresh meats to order and for display

- Assist customers in both Spanish and English with meat selections and recommendations

- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the meat department

- Manage inventory, packaging, and proper labeling

- Work alongside a tight-knit team in a fast-paced but supportive environment

- Able to lift 50 lbs or more, this is a physical role

 

What We're Looking For

- Prior butcher or meat cutting experience required

- Bilingual: English and Spanish (Spanish-speaking customers are a big part of who we serve)

- Reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in their craft

- Knowledge of traditional Hispanic cuts (e.g., carne asada, carnitas cuts, chuletas) is a big plus

- Food safety certification a plus but not required, we can help with that
