We are seeking a motivated and bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Grand Rapids area. This position is ideal for an energetic professional who enjoys building relationships, meeting with business owners, networking within the community, and helping businesses find solutions that support their growth.

This role offers the security of a base salary combined with uncapped commission earnings and the opportunity to earn performance bonuses of up to $5,000 for achieving established sales goals and targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and in-person visits.
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to discuss company services.
• Present proposals and close new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Represent the company professionally throughout the Grand Rapids market.

QualificationsRequired

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred

• Previous outside sales, business development, or account management experience.
• Experience working with small businesses and local business communities.
• Knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax, insurance, real estate, or professional services is a plus.
