Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greet visitors and answer telephone calls to our main number.
  • Exceptional hospitality, effective communication, and outstanding customer service.
  • Opening/closing of office and overseeing day-to-day needs.
  • EMS Dashboard/Catering
  • Basic Regfox support
  • Ticket Office Support
  • Daily Billing for events
  • Maintain the office website.
  • Support of summer rental housing clients.
  • Take on projects as requested or assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • Ability to learn and work with multiple software programs.
  • Experience in invoicing and/or business processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service, including working with a wide range of constituents.
  • A willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to think critically, creatively, and analytically.
  • Ability to problem solve, maintain multiple ongoing tasks on a tight deadline, and maintain collegiality and productivity under pressure.
  • Experience with computer office systems, Google, and other computer systems is preferred.
  • The ability to laugh, learn, and be kind.
  • An associate’s or bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience

 

Physical Demands

This position requires remaining in a sitting or standing position for frequent periods of time; uses office machinery such as a computers, printers, copy machines; Occasionally involves moving items over 10 pounds; frequently will move between different offices/workspaces/buildings; and requires effective communication abilities.
