Behavioral Technician, Neurodevelopmental Disorders Unit - Hiring for all shifts!

Pine Rest is looking for compassionate, dedicated team members with a passion for pediatric behavioral health to join our team, and offering limited-time sign-on bonuses of up to $5,000 for Psychiatric Technicians in our Neurodevelopmental Disorders (NDD) Unit of our recently opened Pediatric Center of Behavioral Health!

Psych Techs in this role will work closely with child and adolescent patients experiencing neurodevelopmental challenges, and will help to create a structured, supportive environment to help children in need build essential life skills and move toward greater independence.

Psych Tech Neurodevelopmental Disorders Bonus Details:

• Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time NDD Unit positions
• Up to $2,500 sign-on bonus for part-time NDD Unit positions

• Collaborating in day-to-day treatment planning
