The Opportunity
We are seeking dedicated and talented individuals who enjoy working on a team! This fun seasonal job involves grounds maintenance of a private residence, offering an exciting opportunity for students or individuals eager to learn, grow, develop, and work outside.

Location and Hours
This position is located in Ada, MI. It will be approximately 40 hours/week from May to August, with the possibility to start part-time as early as March and continue through October. Some weekends and holiday shifts may be required.

What You'll Do
Duties include general yard work such as mowing, trimming, weeding, edging, and clean-up. You will also maintain the cleanliness of beaches and waterways, ensure handrails, gates, and walkways are free of debris, and assist with other exterior duties like maintaining the pool area, and watering plants. Additional tasks may involve moving furniture, lifting heavy objects, cleaning, running errands, and assisting with special events. Safety and open communication with other household staff are essential.

What You'll Bring
While groundskeeping experience is preferred, it is not necessary. A valid driver’s license is required. The role involves working in and around the client's home, contributing positively to a happy home environment. Flexibility, responsibility, dedication, and a positive attitude are crucial. You must be attentive to details to maintain "Five Star" quality standards. Confidentiality and preserving a peaceful household atmosphere are of utmost importance.

Essential Physical Demands
You must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, stoop, bend, kneel, climb, and stand for long periods. The ability to safely operate small landscape maintenance machinery and work outdoors in all weather conditions is required. Safety equipment will be provided.
