Pine Rest is actively seeking Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists to join our growing behavioral health system. Opportunities are available across multiple levels of care, including:

  • Inpatient Psychiatry
  • Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP)
  • Outpatient Behavioral Health

About the Role:

As a Clinical Psychologist, you will provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and therapeutic interventions for individuals and families receiving behavioral health services. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams and help deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other clinical team members
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Coordinate referrals and community resources as needed
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and clinical consultations
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and community groups
  • Stay current with best practices through continuing education and professional development

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Fully Licensed Psychologist in the State of Michigan
  • Degree from an APA-accredited program or equivalent qualifications required for state licensure
  • Child & Adolescent clinical experience and/or specialization
  • 1–2 years of post-graduate clinical experience
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and psychotherapy skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in outpatient behavioral health settings
  • Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration and evidence-based treatment
