Pine Rest is actively seeking Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists to join our growing behavioral health system. Opportunities are available across multiple levels of care, including:
- Inpatient Psychiatry
- Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP)
- Outpatient Behavioral Health
About the Role:
As a Clinical Psychologist, you will provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and therapeutic interventions for individuals and families receiving behavioral health services. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams and help deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in an outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other clinical team members
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Coordinate referrals and community resources as needed
- Participate in treatment team meetings and clinical consultations
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and community groups
- Stay current with best practices through continuing education and professional development
Qualifications:
Required:
- Fully Licensed Psychologist in the State of Michigan
- Degree from an APA-accredited program or equivalent qualifications required for state licensure
- Child & Adolescent clinical experience and/or specialization
- 1–2 years of post-graduate clinical experience
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and psychotherapy skills
Preferred:
- Experience in outpatient behavioral health settings
- Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration and evidence-based treatment
