About the Role

Pine Rest is seeking compassionate and dependable ABA Technicians to support individuals receiving behavioral health services across a variety of settings. Opportunities are available working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in hospital, residential, outpatient, and community-based programs.

We have Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem (PRN) positions available throughout the organization.

Compensation

?? Pay Range: $18.04 - $27.07/hour

  • Based on education, experience, certifications, location, and FTE status
  • Additional shift differentials, incentives, or bonuses may be available

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Support behavior change and skill development using ABA principles
  • Monitor, document, and track patient progress and behavioral outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams
  • Build positive relationships with patients and families
  • Provide emotional and practical support to individuals served
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with policies and procedures
  • Support person-centered, recovery-focused care

Qualifications

Required/Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Education and/or experience related to Autism Spectrum Disorder, behavioral health, psychology, social work, or a related field
  • Training or coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred
  • Graduate coursework in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
  • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification preferred
