Team Support Staff – Multiple Opportunities Available

About the Role

Pine Rest is seeking organized, customer-focused Team Support Staff to provide administrative support across our behavioral health system. Opportunities are available in a variety of clinical and non-clinical settings, supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families receiving mental health and substance use services.

We have Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem (PRN) positions available throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors
  • Answer and route phone calls while providing excellent customer service
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Maintain department records and sensitive files
  • Perform data entry and documentation within electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Assist with medical records, record releases, and insurance-related documentation
  • Process charges, verify billing information, and assist with account inquiries
  • Support clinicians and department staff with administrative tasks
  • Order office supplies and maintain organized workspaces
  • Maintain professionalism in fast-paced and high-stress environments

Qualifications

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

Preferred:

  • At least 1 year of administrative, clerical, healthcare, or related experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working in healthcare or behavioral health settings
