About this Role:
Our Hope Association is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Executive Director to lead our residential treatment and recovery home. This is an extraordinary opportunity for a dynamic leader passionate about transforming lives and advocating for women overcoming substance use disorders. The Executive Director will be a visionary leader that will collaborate with our committed Board of Directors and dynamic team to develop our organizational strategy and drive the delivery of the innovative and compassionate women-centered services for which we are known. This includes ideating and driving execution of the business plan, ensuring CARF regulatory compliance, and overall management and team leadership to enable a thriving team culture.
In this role, you will:
- First and foremost, align with our core values and have a heart and passion for our organization's incredible mission offering recovery to women who seek healing from the disease of addiction
- Use your master's degree in social work, public administration, or a related human service field and management experience in a chemical dependency or mental health organization to create, operationalize, and drive implementation of short and long-term strategic plans
- Use your strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills to provide day-to-day leadership, development, and engagement of the dedicated team of operational, clinical and facilities staff
- Leverage technology and introduce standard processes to manage, secure, and report on a variety of organizational data to stakeholders and regulatory agencies
- Be operationally and financially minded by establishing the annual budget and reporting monthly financials to the board, and monitor referrals for RFPs and all subsequent contractual obligations with funding sources
- Collaborate with the facilities manager to ensure that each facility and equipment are properly maintained and provide a peaceful environment for our clients on their healing journey
- Manage new housing programs, ensuring clearly defined team roles, on-time and on-budget deliverables, and delivery of quality care
- Provide leadership in fund development and public relations for our programs by promoting and marketing our services. Advocate for funding equity for service to women and services for substance abuse
- Use your keen eye for details to monitor all health and safety programs, program assets and outcomes, and the annual budget to ensure long-term organizational success
