Position Summary: This hybrid role provides a full range of administration and organizational support for the Fund Development and Human Resources Departments. It is critical that this individual obtains the ability to professionally interact with all levels of the organization, be detail oriented, respond well to pressure, and maintain a high level of confidentiality. This role requires excellent time management, efficiency, and the ability to display professional written and verbal language. The ideal candidate prioritizes maintaining a collaborative spirit to display a positive attitude. This position will be required to achieve Bloomerang certification within the first year of employment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage donor database and process all gifts and acknowledgements. Reconcile donor database with Finance monthly.
2. Provide support for grant research, submissions, tracking, and reporting
3. Track and report monthly and/or quarterly on GSMISTS trusts and funds at community foundations and other foundations as appropriate.
4. Manage Fund Development activity for troop support including money earning and fundraising approvals.
5. Provide support for Human Resources and Governance administrative tasks.
6. May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of professional administrative experience supporting executive level staff.
• Minimum of 3 years of Fund Development Experience including fundraising knowledge, donor relations, grant administration
• Working knowledge of Bloomerang, or related Customer Management System
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
• Ability to work independently and accurately under the pressure of multiple deadlines, and exceedingly well organized and flexible.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills, including exceptional customer service skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail including thoroughness and follow up.

Requirements:
• Adherence to Girl Scouts of Michigan Shore to Shore policies and procedures.
• Registration as a member of Girl Scouts of the USA.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to travel as job requires.
• Capability to provide own transportation and maintain valid operator license.
