Investment Advisor Administrative Sales Assistant

Be the backbone that powers client relationships and team success.

Your meticulous organizational skills, proactive nature, and empathetic approach will streamline advisor operations, elevate client satisfaction, and accelerate business growth.

Your role is essential—without your coordination and support, achieving our mission becomes infinitely harder.

Enjoy a flexible virtual schedule and the freedom to thrive remotely. (Must own a Mac computer.)

This is a 1099 contractor role with flexible hours. Availability required is 10-20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with potential growth towards full-time. We offer competitive compensation based on experience, performance, and achieving specific milestones.

You must be willing to obtain industry-related licensing (Life Insurance, SIE, Series 6, 63, and 65), provided by our company.
