Are you a seasoned child welfare professional ready to lead with compassion and purpose? Join our mission-driven team supporting unaccompanied children in long-term foster care. As a Supervisor / Lead Case Manager, you’ll guide a team of dedicated case managers while ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care for youth who need it most.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide leadership, supervision, and support to case management staff
• Ensure compliance with child welfare standards and best practices
• Coordinate services and advocate for the well-being of children in care
• Collaborate with foster families, legal representatives, and community partners

What We’re Looking For:

• ?? Bachelor’s degree in a human behavioral science field (required)
• ?? 3+ years of experience in child welfare, child caring institutions, or related agencies
• ?? Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
• ?? Proof of current auto insurance
• ?? Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
• ?? Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
