Salary: $66,560 annually + competitive benefits offered
Bonus Available:  $3000.00

Are you a compassionate leader ready to make a lasting impact in the lives of children and families navigating the child welfare and mental health systems? Join our Refugee Services team as a Clinician Team Lead, where your clinical expertise and leadership will help shape the future of trauma-informed care for some of our most vulnerable populations.

In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day supervision to a dedicated team of therapists while also delivering direct treatment and counseling services. You’ll guide clinical decision-making, ensure service quality, and foster professional growth—all within a supportive, mission-driven environment.

What You Bring:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
• Michigan limited or full licensure
• Two years of counseling experience with children and families
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is strongly preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Trauma-Focused CBT training a plus
