Job Summary
The Dungeon is a new speakeasy lounge located in Villa Bar & Banquet, specializing in craft cocktails and internationally inspired large and small plates featuring fresh local ingredients and purveyors. Our ideal candidates are passionate about food and drink, where it comes from, willing to accept direction, and aggressively motivated to put out the best drinks and service possible. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders and serving crafting cocktails, beverages, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests in various settings, including fine dining, nightclubs, and catering events.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured.
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner while maintaining proper sanitation standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Process payments accurately, handling cash transactions with care.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation practices at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills is essential for success in this role.
