Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Line and Prep Cooks to join our culinary team. The Dungeon is a new speakeasy lounge located in Villa Bar & Banquet, specializing in craft cocktails and internationally inspired large and small plates featuring fresh local ingredients and purveyors. Our ideal candidates are passionate about food and where it comes from, willing to accept direction, and aggressively motivated to put out the best food possible.

Duties

• Follow recipes and procedures as laid out by chef & sous chef .
• Work together with FOH and BOH staff to create seamless service for guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper storage of food items.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives and other food preparation tools.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a hygienic kitchen environment.
• Help with inventory management by tracking ingredient supplies and notifying supervisors when stock is low.

Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a food service or culinary role is required.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
• Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus.
• Strong knife skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are highly valued.
