Who You Are:
We are currently searching for an HR Generalist that will focus on recruiting, benefits, compliance and enforcing company policies and practices. This is an on-site role that will be responsible for finding great talent that are passionate about our mission and align with our core values and will support our employees by providing support and answers on benefits and other employment related inquiries.

What You'll Do:
In this role you will be able to jump in and start making an immediate impact. Specifically, you'll:

  • First and foremost, resonate with our guiding principles and mission as an organization
  • Utilize your 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment along with your Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field (HRCI or SHRM certification a plus!) to contribute to the success of the HR department
  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process from intake, scheduling, interviewing, offer and onboarding for all production and office positions in the organization
  • Manage the key data within the HRIS platform (friend of the court, garnishments, rate changes, title changes, etc.), as well as the benefits platform through communication of enrollment materials for new hires and employees during open enrollment
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance reporting.
  • Manage all FMLA, Leave of Absences, support work related injuries and claims processing by providing excellent customer service to our staff through timely guidance
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law in order to best document and track compliance within mandatory training and helping to bring a continuous education mindset to the organization.
  • Utilize excellent interpersonal communication skills to accurately report on key HR metrics to business partners and leaders
