Seasonal Admissions and Experience Supervisor
You will be assisting with the overall day-to-day operations of the Guest Experience Department by supervising and coordinating guest experiences operations, which include the admission/membership booth, front gate, camel rides, budgie aviary, birthday parties, funicular, ropes course and zip line as well as guest experience team members. You ensure guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining and improving the department's operations. You effectively communicate with all staff regarding policies, procedures, daily operations standards, special events, promotions, discount programs, groups, etc.
Pay rate: 14.25

WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Must be 18
- Must have weekend availability.
- Assist with emergencies at the zoo, including first aid and medical emergencies, weather emergencies, and other emergencies as they arise.
- Ensure all cash handling procedures are upheld at all venues by guest experiences team members.
- Must have sufficient mobility with or without assistive devices to access all areas of outdoor and indoor attractions at the Zoo.
- Must be able to work in somewhat close proximity to exotic and domestic animals and tolerate exposure to animal dander, animal wastes, and other zoonotic contaminants, as well as dust, dirt, pollen, and other airborne contaminants and occasional exposure to inclement weather, high humidity, and to extreme hot and cold temperatures.
