The Membership Seasonal will process new memberships at the Zoo’s front gate, and other key areas within the Zoo, ensuring prompt, efficient and friendly customer service. The Membership Seasonal will be focused on selling memberships and securing renewals for Zoo guests in person, over the phone and online in a professional and friendly manner.

WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Must be 15+ in order to apply
- Must be able to work at least 20 hours per week
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays and evenings when needed
- Exceptional customer service and consultative skills.
- Ability to resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
