If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to lead our Great Lakes Bay Campus in Midland Michigan.
 
As the Executive Campus Director, you'll be at the heart of our campus, overseeing day-to-day operations and acting as a central hub for students, faculty, and the wider community. This isn't just an administrative role-it's a chance to be a true Davenport Ambassador, championing our mission and values while driving strategic enrollment growth and innovation through VISION 2030.
What You'll Do:
 
• Be a Visionary: Develop and implement a campus strategic plan that aligns with our university-wide vision, focusing on increasing enrollment and revenue.
• Forge Powerful Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with local businesses, community leaders, and other educational institutions to create opportunities for our students and the university.
• Drive Student Success: Ensure our programs and services are top-notch, leading to increased student retention, graduation rates, and career success.
• Lead with Impact: Guide, mentor, and inspire campus staff, fostering a positive, student-centered culture that embodies our core values.
• Be the Face of the University: Represent us at community events, serve on local boards, and actively promote our brand throughout the Great Lakes Bay Region.
 
What We're Looking For:
 
• A Proven Leader: You have at least 5 years of demonstrated leadership and management experience, with a track record of achieving goals and leading teams effectively.
• A Strategic Thinker: You're skilled in strategic planning, budgeting, and aligning organizational goals with community needs.
• An Academic Champion: You're committed to learning and student success, with a strong understanding of both on-campus and online learning environments. A master's degree is required; a doctorate is preferred.
• A Community Connector: You have established relationships within the Great Lakes Bay Region and a passion for serving the local community.
• An Exceptional Communicator: Your interpersonal skills are excellent, allowing you to connect with diverse audiences, from students and parents to business leaders and donors.
