Position Summary:
The Healing Beyond Healthcare project is a multi-year grant-funded project focused on improving health outcomes for youth in foster care through integrated, trauma-informed healthcare services guided by community partnerships. This position is responsible for coordinating the daily grant operations, implementation activities, coordination with partners, grant reporting, and other activities associated with this initiative. This position plays a key role in supporting the Principal Investigator, Co-Investigators, and ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned with project goals, deliverables, and future visions.
Salary & Benefits:
Minimum starting salary of $75,000, commensurate with experience.

Primary Duties:
Project Coordination and Implementation
• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities in alignment with the approved grant work plan
• Develop and maintain project timelines, task lists, meeting scheduling, and shared documentation.
• Facilitate internal check-ins, meetings, and team meetings to review progress and address operational issues.
• Support service rollout across pilot sites, including scheduling training, onboarding new partners, and tracking participation.
• Support the PI in responsibilities budget management, monitoring, and reporting throughout the grant project period.
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external partners, including healthcare providers, child welfare agencies, and community-services providers.
• Draft clear and timely communication to project partners, including updates, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up needs.
• Support family and caregiver engagement efforts, including helping coordinate advisory groups or community feedback sessions.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with child welfare, behavioral health, and education system partners
• Assist in preparation of presentations, briefs, or other deliverables for funders or community partners.
Data, Evaluation, and Reporting
• Assist with tracking performance metrics, service utilization data, and evaluation milestones in collaboration with the project evaluator.
• Prepare interim and annual grant reports, including collecting and synthesizing partner updates and evaluation data.
• Maintain organized records related to project activities, deliverables, and expenditures.
• Monitor progress toward stated outcomes and support course correction as needed.
Sustainability and Future Funding
• Collaborate with the Principal Investigator and leadership team to identify and pursue future grant opportunities.
• Assist in documenting best practices, outcomes, and lessons learned to inform future proposals and strategic plans.
• Support sustainability planning by helping to develop models for scaling, replicability, and long-term integration into existing systems.
• Contribute to funding reports, letters of intent, and proposal development by providing timely data, narratives, and budget documentation as needed.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Bachelor's degree in public health, social work, health administration, interdisciplinary health sciences, nursing, education, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing grants, projects, programs, or cross-sector initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills and experience coordinating multiple partners or stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., MPH, MSW, MPA, MSN).
• Familiarity with the foster care system, trauma-informed care, or healthcare access issues for vulnerable populations.
• Experience in non-profit or academic settings.
• Experience with data management and/or electronic record systems (i.e., MISACWIS, or electronic health records).
• Understanding of integrated care models and/or community-based health interventions.

Working Conditions:
